What audio equipment have you got?
A broadcast quality voice booth with Neumann U87 microphone, Yamaha digital mixer and I optimise and edit the recordings using Adobe Audition software. You can have the audio files as either large .wav or .aiff files (better for editing) or .mp3 files at 128kb/sec, 192kb/sec or 256kb/sec. I suggest you choose the mp3 option if it’s for direct uploading to a website, Powerpoint use or for a phone answering service.
